“What’s a djeridoo?” you might ask.

May 26th, 2009

Well everyone I must say that the last month has been pretty encouraging when it comes to creating new music.  I can honestly say that this record we are currently working on makes me even more excited than the first.  I don’t want to reveal too much about it but let me just say two words… “more djeridoo.”

Things are going well in the house of Jamison.  Riley has taken her first steps and in a month will be 1 yr old.  Crazy.  I have celebrated the day of my birth and now am at a ripe old age of 28.  Melissa and I have continued to live the nomadic style of life and have temporarily moved to DE.  Life is good.

I don’t have anything terribly important to share with you, but I wanted to say hello.  Thanks for taking your time to read my rambling mess of a blog.

Hey there, thanks for leaving a message. I was wondering when we’d get a little update. Happy Birthday to you and your baby girl - just wait until she’s a teenager!!
Hope you’re enjoying DE. My sis and bro-in-law live in Fenwick Island, DE, right on the bay, it’s beautiful. If you can, visit Bethany Beach, it’s not like Ocean City, MD, not as crowed, just a lovely beach with great people. Also, tell your wife that in Rehoboth they have awesome outlets; for babies, for mommy’s and for pop’s as well. 
Can’t wait for your tours in Joisey and New York!!!!!!!
We love you guys (sorry, us northerners talk like that). God Bless,
    Laurie

Well we don’t have a name for the record yet and we don’t have a release date either. Looks like some time around February or March, but don’t quote me on that.

    Hey man,

I don’t know quite where to send this, so forgive me for the copying and pasting to each journal. I just really hope each one of you eventually do read this. My name is Nicolle. I was the girl at the Wichita concert who came up to the 4 of you after the concert with a picture of my boyfriend, Brock, who has recently been diagnosed with brain cancer. I just wanted to drop a line to give a fuller picture of what’s going on and to share the awesomeness of our God.

March 31st was when I took him to the emergency room in Manhattan, KS. A few hours later he was lifeflighted to KC. We then discovered that he has a baseball sized malignant tumor in his thalamus. The type of cancer is rare and the tumor is inoperable. Since then he’s lost his ability to take care of himself, walk, and communicate. He also doesn’t seem to recognize anyone. There’s been a

    Praises:

    1. All $270,000 of Brock’s medical bills have been covered by disability!

    2. He’s still alive! The tumor is so big and he went down hill so fast, but he’s survived the first round of radiation and chemo and the doctor’s are even giving him 4-5years!

    3. He recognized someone last week! He hasn’t known me for a while and he doesn’t respond to his family anymore, but a good friend flew in from NYC to see him and Brock actually responded :D

    4. Our God is God above all pain, above all turmoil, and above all that life can through at us.

I’ve been thrown on my face so often with this. A few weeks My heart has been mutilated more often than not, but He is so good.

Why, hello to you as well. (:
What is… a “djeridoo,” really? Is it an instrument? Because that’s what I’m getting out of this.

Oddly, I was helping at VBS, and in the theme song, they said something about a “djeridoo” and I was like, whoa. But it struck me as being some type of animal. Hahaha.

Anyway, happy birthday(: (though I’m sure I’m late). Was it May 26? If so, then I am late. :D

I’m excited for “early 2010,” whenever the album will come out. (:

Yes for all those asking, it is an instrument that aborigines, the native people of Australia, play. It’s really tall and it’s hollow. It has the coolest sound too.

God has deposited a part of himself in you. You were created to excel. There’s no limit to how high you can go in life. You have been given treasures and gifts to share with those who are poor in spirit. You are creative, talented and valuable. Keep your eyes fixed on where you are going. There will be no limit on how far you will go with your amazing spirit, gifts and talents. God will lift those who haven’t been given the opportunity to know of the greatness of the Lord and his blessings that are given to all. For they will truly hear and see with their heart and know for themselves of the pure love of our Beloved Jesus Christ our Savior.
This is truly your destiny. Young and full of life so much to give so much to share. God is building you upon his rock.(him) “Those who hear let them hear and I will build him up to a wise man who built his house upon a rock. And when the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat upon that house: it fell not, for it was founded upon a rock.”
“Angels speak by the power of the Holy Ghost; wherefore, they speak the words of Christ. Wherefore, I said unto you feast upon the words of Christ: for behold, the words of Christ will tell you all things what ye should do.”
A man’s gift maketh room for him and bringeth him before great men. Proverb18:16
You have an opportunity to unite people from different religions to hear your music and lift spirits of the poor and lost. Being of one body full of love for Christ praising his name with psalm a spiritual prayer. Please continue in the greatness of the will of God and he will walk with you and make your way well with him forever.
The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing. Zephaniah 3:17
I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me. Phillippian 4:13
There are many ways we can be strong in our faith. All gifts and talents that are given from God are to be shared for everyone’s benefit’’ As a painter shares his magnificent painting of our beloved Jesus or a writer writes the words of God in his book , or a poetic poem or psalm the voice of song or dance are created to uplift us in tragedy or lonesomeness. To lift our spirits to help us know that we are not alone in this world we have God and we have each other.
And again, I exhort you, my brethren, that ye deny not the agifts of God, for they are many; and they come from the same God. And there are different ways that these gifts are administered; but it is the same God who worketh all in all; and they are given by the manifestations of the Spirit of God unto men, to profit them.
I thank God for blessing you with his words. I feel that my life has been touched and forever changed by you sharing your gifts. I too was lost in spirit I felt as if I had a hole in the pit of my stomach and no matter what I had been blessed with I couldn’t fill it. I prayed for God to help me. My prayers were answered. Through the living scriptures I would find my understanding of a world I never allowed myself to know until most recently in my life. It has taken me many years to get to this understanding that God has never left my side he has always been there. It was I who lost my signal.
One day I got into my car and my husband had left the station tuned to K-love for his xm radio signal. It was if God adjusted the signal for me and I finally understood that I was loved by God and I was not alone. I was not walking this journey of life alone. And I had a sense of relief. The only problem was I could only listen to K-love in the car. My house signal is horrible. So I could only listen to K-love when I was out driving. I remember when I first heard Gods song by your side I wept every time I heard it. And for some reason it would come on when I really needed to hear it. There were many wonderful songs on K-love but the one song that touched my life the most was by your side. I decided I wanted to hear it more than my opportunity of just driving. So I purchased the CD and every single one of your songs spoke to me and brought peace to me. Beloved is such an amazing song wow intensely powerful and beautiful. As I listened to your songs I was captivated by the spirit that expelled from your music. God is taking you by the hand and blessing you and those who are being touched by your gifts. I assure you that God is using you as a powerful tool to reach out to the poor in spirit. Keep yourselves alive in Christ always. He is your light in the darkness. With him in your midst you shall always be blessed.

Thank you and please continue in your mission

The lyrics for “Times” are just incredible. I don’t ever think I’ll be able to listen to it without wondering what we have done to deserve the grace given to us. Love the music, keep it up!
