Tenth Ave hearts Wildlife

May 18th, 2009

Well folks, as promised, here’s an update from the studio. Well, sort of. From outside the studio. We had a visitor, and he needed help, and Tenth Ave isn’t one to turn down the cries and pleas of an innocent and defenseless victim of the rough life of suburbia. This was no small duty, but we were willing to head the call. Watch the clip below.

Thats soooo cute!!!!!!!!!! my brother loves raccoons and so do the rest of us but I think he beats us in that category. He even has a raccoon as a webkinz animal!!!!! hopefully you guys find a horse in need of attention that would be sooo funny to see you guys try to catch him or her I’d laugh sooo hard!!!!!

Poor little things. They’re scared. I would say they’re not trying to hurt you, but I’m not so sure. :/ Because growling may not be a sign of affection.
I would never get that close to a raccoon…mostly because I don’t want my face ripped off. So I must say, you guys are brave. :D

I think the little guy formed a bond with you…you are it’s mom. (:

AWESOME. Very nice kick into the box. That’s just about the same force that I always kick raccoons in boxes too.

I have just one thing to say:
Those coons are tiny. If you tried doing that to some of the ones we have around here, they would have destroyed you.
    That is all. :)

Well, I don’t think they were speaking Spanish, it sounded more like German to me. Either way, they weren’t fluent, it was a little choppy to understand, and I don’t think they were all too fond of that box, or hands really.

And I think that little one had a crush on you, you broke her little heart. She just didn’t want to leave :( Here she is confessing her love to you….in German of all languages…. and you trap her in a box and dump her off by some random trees…

Definitely need to make more videos like this :)

SO glad to hear that a new album is in the works…and hopefully soon to be released now that it’s 2010! :) Have really been encouraged by the lyrics of the first album…as they convey similar themes to what I write out for prayers in my journal. PS> hope your touring brings you in the direction of Canada (last saw you guys in Maine in fall 2008).
